Early Bloom of Salmonberry (Rubus spectabilis Highbush) Bushes

Observation by Karis Porcincula:

A community member informed me she saw flowers blooming on salmonberry bushes already. I took a drive to where she said she saw them and sure enough there were early blooms. I asked a couple of community members and they reassured me it was early for them to be blooming.
