Observation: The arrival of mushrooms this year was in the neighborhood of about three weeks earlier than usual. The early sprouting of the mushrooms seems to co-inside with other posted observation by LEO, e.g., the early blooming/harvesting of berry plants, and the arrival of insects such as wasps, and so on.
