Where is the Snow?

Observation: NO SNOW, where is all the snow? Raining in December melted the first snow and reports stated ice broke up around 5-10 miles up the Andreafski River and then rained again in January. Elders have stated in the past that we would see our weather change. The lower 48 states are getting our nice n cold weather and we get their warm/rainy weather. Bad for travelers, folks trying to get from one place to another is very difficult, because of slippery roads and trails, also makes trapping for furs difficult as well. Charles Prince
