Unusual Bird (Lanius excubitor) Sighting

Observation: Never saw this bird around here, asked the older people and they never saw it in our village either. Did research on it and we think it is a European bird called Great Grey Shrike (Lanius excubitor), it was the only one that matched our picture and bird call.
